Karanvir Kaur Ghuman – Founder, Director & Manager
Karanvir is a licensed Early Childhood Educator, Infant-Toddler Specialist, and Special Needs Educator with years of hands-on experience working with children and families.
Her journey began in 2016, and since then, she has taught at leading childcare centers and served as an Education Coordinator. In June 2024, she also joined Sprott Shaw College as an instructor, inspiring the next generation of early childhood educators
With a vision to provide high-quality care and education, Karanvir founded ELAD Academy to create a warm, enriching space where every child receives the best foundation for lifelong learning.
